e-TAMKEEN, having consolidated its training model, has extended its skills-building activities to representatives of its beneficiary departments in the 12 Moroccan regions. The initial success of its method led to the successful implementation of a training on project management innovative approaches in July 2022 in the regional department of 6 ministries. Through 230 hours of training between May and July, more than 250 civil servants (men and women) from 7 ministries are now empowered to lead innovative projects and develop secure, high-performance digital services within their departments.
A second phase of training was launched for the Social Development Agency and Entraide Nationale, two services under the authority of the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, the Family and Social Development, as well as representatives of local authorities. These sessions dealt with cybersecurity and digital confidence.
The training pathsare structured in modules, adapted to the specificities of the Moroccan Public Administration. Groups attend four to five sessions before obtaining a certificate. A greater impact on mindset change has been observed for training courses organised in the course format, which also help to create links between participants, transcending age, function or place of work.
