As part of the e-TAMKEEN programme, setting up a focal points network was a fundamental step. This network, made up of civil servants (women and men) carefully selected from the information systems and human resources departments of the partner public bodies, has played an essential role in the successful deployment of the programme.
The project's first training activities were specifically designed to strengthen the skills of these focal points. Between December 2019 and January 2020, a training cycle was organised in the National Administration Higher School (ENSA), focusing on crucial areas such as digital transformation and training engineering. This helped to prepare the natwork to play a key role in implementing the project.
During these training sessions, a particular focus was placed on the establishment of a digitalisation strategy within the Public Administration. This initiative led to a partnership with the Belgian Federal Public Service - Strategy and Support (BOSA) in January 2020.
The e-TAMKEEN programme has paved the way for an ambitious digital transformation, by training key players in the development of a modern and efficient public administration.
