The network

The network of focal points was formed by the e-TAMKEEN programme as soon as it was launched. This network is the central pillar of the successful implementation of the e-TAMKEEN project. Made up of designated resource persons from all the programme's beneficiary departments, the focal points play an essential role in facilitating interactions between the e-TAMKEEN team and civil servants at central and local level. Thanks to their expertise in human resources management, continuous training and information systems, reinforced by specific training in areas such as training engineering, digital transformation, results-based management and capitalisation, these key people are ideally placed to support the reform and modernisation of public administration through digitalisation.

The Focal Point network was created by the e-TAMKEEN programme as soon as its launch. This network is the key to the e-TAMKEEN’s successful implementation. These resource persons from all the programme's beneficiary departments play an essential role in facilitating interactions between the e-TAMKEEN team and civil servants at central and regional level. Thanks to their expertise in human resources management, continuous training and information systems, enhanced by specific trainings in areas such as training engineering, digital transformation, results-based management and capitalisation, these people are ideally qualified to support the reform and modernisation of public administrations through digitalisation. The focal points have been catalysts for mobilising participants in e-TAMKEEN’s training and activities, but they have also provided crucial inspirations in the project's strategic decisions by actively attending the CTOS meeting. From the creation of skills building plans to the capitalisation of results, to the implementation of innovative digital platforms, the focal points have been involved at every stage of the project life. It is clear that the network of focal points is a key element in the e-TAMKEEN’s success, ensuring that the skills of civil servants are strengthened, while promoting digital transformation within the departments of the Public Administration in Morocco.
